In the case of the Titanic i would forgive the captain because he had no idea that there was an ice-berg ahead, even though they knew they were ahead. I would not forgive any of the crew who got on life boats and left with them half full. I would forgive the people on the boats who didn't go back for the drowning people because they were probably almost frozen to death and couldn't think properly
I completely agree with you when you say that you would not forgive the crew that didnt fully fill up the lifeboats and the people that didnt return for the last few people still alive in the water.being in there shoes it makes sense, this was really good :)
